The team came out after my water heater flooded my house in the early morning. The guys were quick to get here and start. After answering my questions I felt confident that the job was being done right. It has been relatively easy to get a hold of the team for updates and scheduling. 4 stars for the quick set up and response, 5 stars for the added customer service thus far.

Two weeks later when we walked back in, there was no sign that anything had happened....no moldy smell, no messed up flooring or walls.... "Like it never even happened." On June 2, 2016 the water supply line from the bathroom wall to the toilet tank in my home burst, causing a flood.

SERVPRO of West El Paso Texas is the company to call FIRST if you have a water damage emergency. Once I filed my insurance claim at 4am. I contacted a company that had cleaned my floors in past. The owner called me back to let me know that he was out of town. So I went online to find another company. SERVPRO of West El Paso was highly rated and was open 24 hours. I called them, they would have a technician at my home within the hour. Just as SERVPRO promised a Technician named Sebastian arrived. We had a water pipe to burst in our toilet area of the Master Bath overnight. We were flooded in Master Bedroom, bath and closet. Main hallway, front foyer, sitting area and dining room. Sebastian was able to put us at ease, that SERVPRO would take care of us. Sebastian walked through and inspected the flooded areas. He briefed us all what had to be done. Immediately he went to work to extract all of the water from our rooms. He then checked the moisture level of all the lower walls and baseboards. He then briefed us that he would have to remove the baseboards and drill holes all throughout areas to aid in drying process. He set up dehumidifiers and dryers all throughout the affected areas the first day (Saturday). Sunday Sebastian and another Technician returned to monitor the drying and to check moisture levels. They determined that they needed to adjust the position for few of the dryers.
Monday Sebastian returned with more SERVPRO Technicians. He called my claims agent to get authorization to remove the wood floors from our Master Bedroom and closet. They removed our furniture started to take up the wood floors. Sebastian is very professional and a hard worker too.
