Zach Broome

Zach Broome is a part owner of SERVPRO of West El Paso. He’s been affiliated with SERVPRO for over 2 years. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Jim Metteauer

Jim Metteauer is part owner of SERVPRO of West El Paso He grew up in a small town in East Texas and later went on to attain a degree in Civil Engineering. Post-grad he traveled to seventeen countries and worked in the oil fields for 12 years. He has always enjoyed servicing people and the construction industry and consequently joined forces with friends to start SERVPRO of West El Paso together. He is a licensed mold contractor in Louisiana and Texas, and he has his residential and commercial contractor license in the state of Louisiana. When he is not at work he loves spending time with his beagle-greyhound mix, Carolina, and taking her on adventures!

Carlos Martinez

Carlos is a Crew Chief with multiple years of experience in fire and water mitigation with SERVPRO of South East El Paso/Butterfield. When not working he enjoys spending time with his children and playing baseball.

Lance Tomasich

Lance is our Assistant Production Manager. He has been with SERVPRO for 2 years. Lance holds a WRT certification from IICRC. He is a very hard worker and does not rest until each job is complete and the customer is satisfied.

Juan Ramirez

Juan has 7 years experience as a crew chief for various SERVPRO franchises. His certifications include mold, fire, and water restoration specialist, OSHA certification, and forklift operator. Juan loves working with others and is always punctual.

Salvador Darwich Jr.

Salvador has 16 years of relevant experience. He previously served as a US Marine. Salvador is on our water mitigation team and is also certified as a forklift operator. He also is bilingual, has great people skills, and is thoroughly organized.
